attempting to export first xara3d5 animation to a forum i belong to...

I just created my first 3D animation with Xara3D5 and I was trying to export it to a forum I belong to and the forum gives me a message that says it needs to be in a gif format....how can I achieve this?

I'm on WINXP Home!!!
