Was just wondering if I could canvas opinion on which of these logos you think is the best. I am having one of the most indecisive moments of my life!

They both have their own plusses and minuses. What are they going to be used for? What media? Is it a company name? What is going to be shown with it? etc. Just as a standalone design it's difficult to choose. What additional information can you supply?

dont like the razor one maybe it's colors?
but the wave looks nice..
ss-kalm: I was intentionally vague sorry! Kinda wanted an opinion based on aesthetics but graphic design is about communicating an idea of course.
It's a logo redesign for a graphic design agency. Usual media, print and web (website). It will be seen alone and with address details as part of corporate stationery.
Hope that helps!
In that case, I think that I prefer the Razor. Is that a standard typeface, or are they drawn letters.

You are entitled to shoot me down in flames if you wish and I know that the Golden Rule is KISS - "Keep It Simple, Stupid", your logos are simple, bordering on the plain in my humble opinion. Given the design is for a graphic design agency (and it begs the question, "Why don't they design their own logo?") perhaps a little more flair might be appropriate.
This is just a ready-made font - Juergen Bold Kursiv.ttf given a thin outline and angled and the "g" enlarged. Only 2 colours, which could be altered if monochrome was required. Of course I'm not saying "choose mine" but perhaps you need to walk the full length of the counter before making your choice.
Saludos,
Bob.
