Arrow installed patch extrude messed up

I installed the patch and now the extrusion tool is painfully slow, to the point that visually adjusting the extrusion is impossible (unless you have a lot of time and patience!) Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a fix?

Not really noticed - On checking, it may be a little slower - but far from unusable.

No extrude performance problems/changes here Frances.
Have you rebooted your PC since applying the update?

(I assume you are referring to the 4.0.1 update??)

Yes I rebooted my computer since I installed the update, and yes on the 4.0.1 update. I'm running Windows XP sp2, Pentium 4 and 1.5 gb ram. I was trying to do Gary's sunflower tutorial last night and found it very frustrating.

Have you tried uninstalling Xtreme completely, reinstalling from CD and then applying the update again?
