Yes , I think it is version 3 of Xtreme, probably not the pro version. But This is a very good deal if someone new wanted to buy this product. I did the free download trial version and it seems to be version 3 complete.

Don't confuse the two - the OP linked to the German Magix site which details v2 of Magix Xtreme Foto & Grafik Designer ... the later posts refer to the American Magix site, which details only v1 (no 3D, no web export etc).
Yes, it seems only the german version is the newest one and offers all the new features from Xara Xtreme 4 and more: You're able to see an enhanced HTML export filter without the typical manual steps for exporting a Flash animation at this video.
