Hi Xhris, I mean since now we can use any editor instead of got stucked with XPE, it's no longer an issue. XPE wasn't something to write home about to begin with...
I don't have any particular way to reproduce the progress bar problem. I'm one of the two "it's always there" voters.

I still get the progress bar every time I double click an image and enter XPE Pro...

any particular reason you are still using XPE? - I thought that the photo tool in version 4 had effectively replaced this - and you can now disable double click in the options...

Hi mvpdigital, I still get the dreaded progress bar whenever I inadvertently double click on on an image and accidentally launch XPE, so you're not alone. I must remember to reassign the double click as I kove the new Photo Tool and will never need XPE again.
