How to make a little add-on in menu?

Welcome to Talkgraphics.

The only way I know to add the flags is to edit the individual graphics created for your menu.

Find the folder where you saved the menu and the graphics. You will need to edit each file to add a flag similar to the way you edited the image you provided in your post.
