Let's see if I understand this -
I have owned 3 different Xara products for several years now - don't use them that much, however - and if I would like a question answered I go to ... where???
Unless it is one of the "canned" FAQ's you get ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from XARA - there is no "chat" that I am aware of where one could actually communicate with a real live person - trying to find answers using the forums comes up blank - so, I ask again, WHERE does one go to get answers to questions.
Like, for example, what does it cost to upgrade to the new Xtreme if one already owns Xtreme, 3D and WebStyle? The full retail price just as if you were a brand new?
You can't find that anywhere and, guess what - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH XARA - EVER THE SALES DEPARTMENT!
Is this company being run out of someones basement?
Again, how does one get questions answered?
Tks for your time and sorry for the blast but I have been trying to get answeres to some questions for Xara for a very long time now and get no where. And the last problem - when I opened 3D this morning it says my "trail has expired"! This on a program I own and have tried to register several times -I say tried because every time I have opened any of my 3 programs in the past it ask me to "register" them.
