"So many cases?" I'm sorry, we have thousands of Webstyle customers, and I've seen a few complaints on this forum. You think it's a high proportion because you are posting here. I assure you, that is not the case.

That is not to say that those with problems are unimportant, and we will try to assist them if they email Xara support. But, that doesn't mean you can draw conclusions on the level of customer satisfaction just by looking at a few posts on this forum, a forum that is for Webstyle users to communicate not a support ticketing system.

I don't know what "bug fixes" you are referring to specifically. But any potential problems are discussed internally, and updates are released as appropriate. If you think there is a bug that we may have missed please let me know if it, I'll investigate it and talk to our technical team if necessary.
