    Unhappy SWF problem....

Hi... I try to make flash banner with the Xara Xtreme pro. I follow the steps of the tutorial "demo movie" but I don't get the flashe's movement the only thing I get is a simple gif with 2 movements. Why is this happening? Should I make any other adjustments in Xara Xtreme pro?

guessing here - but if you get a gif you must have exported it as a gif rather than swf?

I do not export it at all. When I try to preview it as flash as in the tutorial it appears as gif and not as swf.

Could you post your .xar file?

The test.swf file you posted appears to be a blank white background.

To create flash animations you must name the objects that you want to animate or tween between frames.

I applied the name you had in the Name Gallery to the text objects in frames 1 and 2.

Thank you all for your answers...!!
I still didn't get it though.
    I follow the next steps:
    1. New animation ---> create text box---> Write text (test)--> create new names (test - is a name from gallery) --->This is frame 1
2 Copy frame ---> increase text size (test)---> This is frame 2 ---> and then i klik preview flash browser

and the result is that i can't get it to work...
    Where do i go wrong????

When you create the name in the name gallery, your text must be selected first.

Copy the frame then change size of the text.

    Preview in the browser.
