I like the car, but I think the texture effects for the sky and ground are a bit at odds stylewise with the rest. Your wheels are too realistic in comparison with the rest of the car. The main body of the car is great though. I think keith and I will differ on this one though.. ;-)

Paul - Although I freely admit to preferring "photorealistic" art, I have a technical background and have absolutely no skill at freehand drawing (I thought the Sledger edition Xaracaster was magnificent), I can appreciate the effort and skill that went into this. I just simply said that I preferred this to the Cobra, it somehow "feels" more lifelike.

Keith, we're all different - you can prefer whichever you like - I wasn't criticising your choice. I like this car very much and I think patman is doing a great job. I have a particular dislike of fractals so that helped sway my decision!

I'm no artist or informed art critic, so nobody need take my comments as anything but those of an onlooker voicing a very amateur opinion - I'm just glad people post such great art for us to look at and admire.
