Choice of number of duplicates would be nice?

I'm not sure if there is already a way to do this? But I think it would be nice, when you want to duplicate an object, if when you click on "duplicate" you could then also select or better yet "type in" how many times you would like it duplicated (how many duplicates you want of that object)??
Sometimes when I work on a project which will require the same object being duplicated many, many times over... I sure wish this was an option. And, if it "is" could someone please let me know how to do it in Extreme, as well as in LX??

If you have that many, why not create a copy, move it way over, and blend between the two how ever many you want? Then convert to editable shapes and ungroup. It's not as nice as what you want, but available now. (Don't know about LX.)
