Question Please.: The background still says xara3d4 all over it

I dont want this to seem like i am wasting your guy's time. I have download Xara3d6 and read the step 1 tutorial that that guy was kind enough to post. Heres my problem. The background still says xara3d4 all over it and will not delete. Is this because its the trial version? Heres the image, im asking for anyone to do it for me or teach me how. Do it for me would much more appreciated

If you show some drive and interest you'll find no end of members willing to help but if you're just after the finished product without the work I don't think you're going to get far with this one.
