photo to litho
My sister asked me to try to extract a 'portrait' type photo (shown here) of a friend of hers from a class photo. Simply cropping wouldn't work, so I set to cutting and moving parts around.
afterwards, i found myself playing with it to see if I could better integrate the parts which were not quite convincing.
well... you know how it is... once you start playing...
this was the result. still needs work, but I rather like the look of it.
note, this is scaled down. original is 8x8.
