hey guys i have this image and basically its an outline of a longhorn. is there a way to fill in the image to make it solid instead of just the outline? this is what the image looks like...

fill the outline in xtreme an re-import it into 3D ?
EDIT - just seen your post in other thread so not clear what it is you require here

When you sliced the object in Xtreme, it was no longer a closed shape. You will need to use the shape editor to join the two lines that were created by the slice operation. Once the two lines are joined they will automatically be filled.

Sounds like you may have got the line itself as a shape rather than an outline to a shape.
If so you cannot fill the area within, you can only fill and outline the line itself - Hope that makes sense.

ya thats what im about to do. ive tried everything and nothing seems to work so im just going to have to outline the outline

It looks like you've imported a line converted to a shape into Xara3D.
If you still have the original .xar file:
Clone the shape (Ctrl+K)
Remove any Shadow
Remove any Bevel
Arrange / Combine Shapes / Break Shapes.
Delete one shape.
You should be left with a complete filed shape.
If not post the original xar.
