Error when downloading templates from Xara

"Webstyle has encountered an error while communicating with the server...Unexpected error (0x80040155)Please make sure you are connected tot he internet"
I have checked my firewall, turned it off...no change
My internet connection is fine.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

I had that problem to, I download SOAP3andXML4b.msi that I found here:

that did the trick. I could finally download the the package, after 6 month of w8ing

was really happy, but not for long. Now I cant save my work when I try to edit something in Webpages, buttons etc. I can change the Text but I cant save it. The only thing I can click on is 'Cancel'

I took a screenie of it, this have to be solved very fast.
(perhaps there is a solution for it, but I couldent find any, sorry)

I can reintall XP and the problem is solved, but I dont want to do that

I wrote the support at the 6. of may - 20 - days ago (aprox)

Why dont we hear anything? I have tried at my notebook to, same problem, I'm getting grey hair of this....

Hallo everyone

Suddenly everything is working, by downloading, by me.

I just kept on trying, saing ok, everytime I had an error message. (for 2 days) Now it seems everything is in order, and I hope it stays like that.
