The feathers are fractals at different angles and grouped and other types of transparency applied to it. I just keep one step behind the crashes. If it works, I keep working. If it crashes, I know I shouldn't do that one thing. Of course I keep my backup running at all times now.

Just experiment, Ron, until you get the texture you like. There is no one way which is right.

My favorite penguin was from the wallace and gromet animated film 'The Wrong Trousers' which isn't to say your penguins aren't great. Love the use of the fractles to create the painted look to the image.

Do we have a wee bit of an anger issue, Sally

Nice work. You captured the subtly of the fur.

My son has a thing for penguins, he is a gamer and thinks a game with them being warriors is funny. It isn't anger as just having fun with my son. It would be to compare the scene where John Cleese lops off heads as Lancelot in Monty Python and the Holy Grail is about violence. It is about humor. My son is a Linux fan, he thinks Windows is retarded, but haven't we all? Which one of us at times wouldn't like Bill Gates cut down to size?

I draw witches at Halloween, Santa Clauses at Christmas time, and bunnies at Easter too. From this I should assume that I have a fascination with the imaginary too. I just don't draw the same thing all the time.

Really, I was drawing under the influence of estrogen.

    You take life too seriously.

That penguin was truly sinister (with the French pronunciation).

And that was before Nick Park went major Hollywood and his production values fell.

    Sally, I was just kidding.
