issue when importing TIFF files

Hey,
For some reason xara xtreme doesn't import TIFF correctly.

is this a known issue or do xtreme not fully support TIFF import?

The TIFF's are created from RAW files using Capture One.

Works fine for me for tif.
But I don't have Capture one.

I still get this when I uses PSPx to create TIFF files and other download TIFF created using photoshop.
