DVD Screen caps

Hi, folks. Newb fresh off the plantation here.....

I'm trying to make some screen caps from a television show. Using Power DVD to capture the things and then pasting into PSP X.

When I do so, the picture is sort of squashed together. I'm wondering if there's any easy way to get the things stretched out to the correct image ratio.

The caps are 720 x 480. Is this an anamorphic ratio? Is there a base command in PSP that takes the that sort of thing into account?

Never mind....I'm a lunkhead. Had to tell PowerDVD to output it in the window size, not the video size.
