I'm very appologize to you that I ask you alot of question, and spend your time, but I really want to learn this stuff.

The text will no longer rotate. If you want the Text to rotate differently, do not uncheck the Text checkbox, select another type of rotation. The new type of rotation will only be applied to the select objects (the text).

so i did it, it help only when I want to shapes rotate but the text stay, but when I change the anymation to the text the anymation of the text is changing, but I select only the text.

Burzum your screen grab shows the Text Options window. You need to be in the main Xara3D window to select the text and change the animation.
