Luis -- My friend Susan Sorger has a company offering architecturally oriented clipart in a watercolour style: http://www.entouragearts.com/

You might also find FormFonts content useful in your work. It can be used with Google's free version of SketchUp. You could, for example, open up a FormFonts park bench in SketchUp and orbit it to the correct view to suit your Xara rendering, and then simply export from SketchUp as an image you can bring into your Xara rendering. This approach might save you much time over what it must take to find suitable images.

I chose the figures of FormFonts, that have very good quality and low cost.
The figures of EntourageArts, seem to me very expensive.
