if you mean copy and paste within xara - No
if you mean copy from another application and paste directly into Xara - it can happen that the results are not always what you might expect.

Tom,
One way to mess up a pasted image is to choose the wrong format. It doesn't distort the image but creates a smaller image. Often when you select Edit/Paste your given several options. For example you often get the chance to choose between "Device independant bitmap" or "Bitmap". If you choose "Device independant bitmap" the bitmap often imports at a smaller image size, but "Bitmap" imports correctly.

Egg - I believe you hit the nail on the Head! I usually do select the 'Device Indepent Bitmap' (and just happen to 'notice' the Difference this Time... Plus, I just corrected and finished my project... but, just wanted to check to see if this 'difference' was me or what... And, it was
