Plug-ins.

The white bold I did with the freehand settings and in the pen settings
choose a line thinning at both ends.
After that I choose the eye candy 4000 Gradient glow option
did a "group" out of the arrange menu, and after that I did a corona
plug-in also from eye candy 4000.
et voila.
