    Allison is right, some parts simply vanish. Is that what you plan to happen?

    My original thought was to show each level, top down, removing the previous level after each fading-transition until the bottom (green level) is reached, then re-cycle the sequence. I thought the fading transition would help the observer in visualizing the overall relationships between areas of each level.

    If this can be done more effectively using a another configuration OR if the existing one could be done more efficiently ... I am all ears.
