    Other programs often use 0-255 to describe the RGB range. Xtreme gives you a choice, but it's set to percent by default, I think. Go to Utilities>Options>Units Tab to select Percent or 0-255 for the colour units as per your preference.

    Exactly as Bob says plus you can use Xtremes colour picker outside the Xtreme window, so if you have your web page open and Xtreme open on screen at the same time, create a rectangle in Xtreme and with it selected open the Colour Editor (bottom left) and choose the colour picker and drag it over your web page to sample the colour. If you want you can then make it a named colour, like myWeb.
