how to get transparent background....??? pls help

could someone tell me pls how to get the below glass i need only a glass not it's background i mean only transparent glass is it possible??

As this is the same image as used in the translucator web site I can only assume you already know about this product.

there is only two ways how can you solve it:
1. take photo again, but your background must be neutral color or
2. model it in some 3d software and render it how you can

I think you cant separate background from glass for good result.
