Well, Ringtail, try the trial from Xara, it is wonderful. You'd love the italic brushes, easier to use than CorelDRAW, not that I don't like DRAW, I do, but it gives an added line to the middle of Artistic Media which has to be broken apart to get rid of it. Some of my graphics is prepared for embroidery, and then it is a headaches to get rid of all this inner lines.

Xara is really affordable. And as I have found, I've learned other programs well enough, I can get by without Photoshop too, rare that I use it now.

Xara does a lot which Photoshop can do, and remains editable.

You'd be a natural with it.
