I reported the problem.. weeks later I recieved a reply... since I had already dumped them and their product, I dumped their reply and half-assed 'apology' for taking so long...
That is as far as I have to go as a customer. I'll be damned if I have to do anything else
I obtained a great replacement... the support is outstanding!
I do my best to spread the word about Xara....
