Printed image shifts when rasterizing

When I use the "rasterize entire image" feature in the print dialogue, the printed image is shifted, (down and right - generally) sometimes dramatically. I am printing on a Xerox 2240. Any ideas?

You might be better rasterizing your document via doing it yourself, and not using the print dialogue box to do it. Generally speaking, doing it that way does not involve cooperation from a print driver.

You will of course remember to undo before saving.
