Fearari, you do realise that neither I nor Remi is a Xara employee don't you?
Most of the posts on talkgraphics are by people who use the software, not by employees of the company. If you're hoping to justify a refund for menu maker on the basis of a conversation with people who have nothing to do with the company, you might have trouble.
Despite your problems, Xara software is terrific. If you have in-house IT guys, hand over the job to a professional. You really need an outside web designer though. Don't worry, this isn't a pitch for the job.
