Photo Shop CS plug-in

Hi! I had downloaded this plug-in[/URL], how do i get it working in Photo Shop CS on a PC platform?
I tried by saving it in the folder "plug-ins", but it doesn't appear under "filter".
please help! thanks,

Look at the filter extension. There are filters that don't apper under filters. Maybe under Select. I had one that did. Rich
