The face looks right but the hair is not. He has got allot more of a steel gray to it these days and keeps it neater and shorter.

Wow, that looks fantastic!
The eyes, and the texture area around the nose gives it so much life. Something is off with the hair, to me his face ends up looking a bit too long, but it could just be me.
