Default Simple mask of a cursor ?

    Hi,

I always seem to get stuck on the simple things.

I'm creating a 'Click Here' button and want to also overlay a standard Windows arrow cursor onto the button. I want to the standard 'lumpy' cursor since it's easily recognisable however I don't seem to be able to figure out how to mask the black outline pixels to include the inside white and exclude the outside white.

Can anyone explain in easy terms what I'm doing incorrectly? Has to be something to do with vector control as opposed to specific colour mask I guess.

    Cheers
    Martin

Mask is a bitmap technique. Xara Xtreme is a vector graphics editor. You're able to recreate the arrow within Xara Xtreme with one simple shape (see attached .XAR file).

Please remember to add the same colour background to your drawing that will be on the web page before you export you cursor buutton. If you just leave the page as white you will get white fringing around your cursor button when you assemble it in your web page.
    Design is thinking made visual.
