Generating nebula?

Whats the easiet possible way to generate planetary nebula.. i'am a total non-graphics person but can manage to do few stuff through tutorials if necessary .. but do you know of any software through which we can easily create planetary objects ( i used such type of software once and i guess it started with V but i forgot the name and the files are gone so i can't get it back ) .. Any help will be appreciated

You could look at Flaming Pear plugins. I neve never tried it.

I don't think lunarcell will help me with nebulas.. its for planets, the closest thing for generating a nebula is i guess Glitterato
