Hi. When you import a vector into Xara3D it joins all the shapes into a single shape. Therefore when you apply colour in the original Xara vector, Xara3D ignores these and imports it as one shape with a single colour.
There are several ways to achieve what your after. The simplest is to draw the shape (including the red filled section which you seem to have excluded) then create a bitmap version in XaraX and then apply this as Text Texture in Xara3D.
A more complex way would be to export various parts of the shape and import them into Xara3D, applying different extrusions an colours, then use the base line shift to align the different elements.
