Xtremely tiny fonts in gallery windows

Is there any way to change the size of fonts in the gallery windows or in the toolbars? I'm running Xara LX at 1600x1200 and the x-size of this font is a hair shy of 1mm and pretty difficult to read for an extended period of time.

I don't know if LINUX is capable of this, but on Windows I run multiple desktop using software.

Each desktop allows me to change the resolution of screen size.

Another way to do that is create another user and use that user to have a different screen resolution according to your graphics card specification.
