I had no idea that we were going to receive so many submissions in such a short amount of time! The submissions were very creative and represented many different styles. We really appreciate the effort that all of you put forth. However, we fell in love with one of the designs, so we're ending the competition earlier than we originally intended.

Bob captured exactly what we were looking for. The illustration is fun, but the expression of the hen manages to keep things under control. In fact, the hen's sassy expression is so strong, that it stands on it's own and works great as a simple one color logo as well. So we didn't just get a logo, but we also have some characters that the daycare can have some fun with as well! We're very happy with the design, and excited about using it! "Great Job" isn't a strong enough statement!
Thank you all for participating!
Congratulations Bob!
Great job!

But of course, congrats Bob to me it was a foregone conclusion.
Congrats Bob, you deserved it.
And thanks for the competition, it gave me some inspiration
to draw again while I was busy with making some music.
Well, maybe I do some cartoon with the chicks, the balls structure
makes it easy to move around and re-arrange.

Ah since I started one yesterday I decided to finish it.
Would have anyway, so here another picture.
The competition might be over, but the creative juices still flow
