It's not really that good considiring there are many upon many thousands of similar sites and the collection is nowhere near good. But it's probably new and give it some time and it might actually become decent.

However, the banner at the top looks utterly horrible. Get rid of it, i say.

The variegated background on the top banner makes the text very hard to read. A pale background with dark text using light pastel colors or unobtrusive patterns works best and loads quickly.
When working with xhtml, try to build your site without using tables. Styles work best when using CSS instead of placing styling inside your html.
