go to axion software home page. you can download a filter program from there. it is free. it has the best lens flares i have seen. lens flare in the term for the "bling" you were talking about. check it out.for a good example look at www.geocities.com/jagcomic. look at page 7 of the jag issue 1. you will see the use of the "bling". hope this helps

DogCom9 i'm not talking about lens flare i'm talking about diamond effects. i got the brushes to do some shiny effects. look at those previous pics i posted and look at the diamond effect on it
