XARA3D Has Failed - No Image Can Currently Be Displayed

Greetings...I have a new Dell pc, Precision 670 Workstation, Windows XP Professional, and I have tried installing XARA3D4, XARA3D5, and XARA3D6 and each one tells me the same error message: "Xara3D has failed and no image can currently be displayed. Try undoing any recent changes you have made." Xara3D had never been installed on this pc previously. Is there any other pc information that you need in order to help me figure out the solution to this? Thank you to anyone who may be of assistance.

Don't know the answer to your problem but was curious what graphics cards you got with that?

I found in the past the more infomation you give, the better.

Thank you...I hadn't thought of that. This is what the packing slip says: "nVidia, Quadro FX 540, 128MB dual VGA or DVI+VGA capable graphics card, Dell Precision 470/670/380"

Also, I use AVG Firewall and I'm sure this software is allowed. Thank You.

This is a question I haven't heard of before. AntonyF of Xara Ltd is the Administrator of Talkgraphics and he does read the posts here. Perhaps, he can track down an answer. Have you submitted a problem report to Xara?

Greetings: I'm embarrassed to say I had only thought to search the forums so far. In the past with any problems I had always contacted xara, but I have found these forums to usually be very quick to find answers in. I'm putting in my request right now...thanks!!
