Is there a way to make ONE button of the nav bar ONE color (force the selected state to stay on) while the other buttons maintain original properties? This would be used for positional awareness for the user...so they know the page they are currently in.

A navbar with no menus allows for the setting of the show selected state from the same tab as where you set the url address and button names (sorry i cannot remember the name of the button)

This allows you to specify a different color value for the button associated with the page you are on
