Unable to select guidelines is magnetic snap radii, Options>Mouse has been reduced to 0, or close to.

This one has been bugging me for ages and up until I saw your post I've always reinstalled XaraX/Xtreme to solve the problem

Just some additional info for other mystified sufferers - I seem to run into this problem whenever I use the scaling tool. Now Ive followed your comment and set the value to 1 and got around it fine
