Gel button

In this Demo movie they show you a gelly button.. COOL i thing but not as easy as it looks...

First, How can i make this ellipse shape to a button?
Sec, It alittle but but complicated to make this... there is another guide for this type of button?

If you open the Clipart Gallery and click the "Get clipart..." button. You will find the gel button in the first folder, "Example XARA X drawings 1 (download) New!"

In this thread, I attached a file of a gel button which allows you to easily change it's colour. I took the button from the clipart example.
