also in xara easy PDF!
PDFCreator are according to me of the bests:

It is FREE!

Install as new printer with a click.
In all programmes, simply print, then chooce
your printer in the list, molar PDFCreator as your printer and the
properties of this printer establish from 72dpi up to 4000dpi, also
colors, to black and white is establichet.
Click on print and the PDF is made.

I agree with Aertjo: I am using PDFCreator from more then one year and find it a great application. With it PDF is really for everyone!
