Why can't I download anything with "new" attached to it?

I have the webstyle 4 cd. If I am to sellect a banner for example that has new attached to it, I am taken online and asked to purchase webstyle which I already have.
Where can I donwload all the "new" items available on webstyle.

When you open Webstyle, in the top rh corner is "update". You will be connected to xaraonline. Xara will check to see if you are entitled to further graphics.

If the "new" still remains, you have to purchase further templates to have access to these graphics, banners, buttons etc.


The templates can be viewed in the xara.com site, 4 packs are available from memory.
