You might want to shop around in the Xara forum and Gallery, a lot of the artist there tag their post with links so you can contact them.

You state your a tech based website. To get some examples from this forum you will need to give more information look at the recent thread about logo design in Xara X forum for $50. You must give more info

Hiya:

I'm a graphic/Web designer, but as the guy just b4 me said, you're going to have to give a bit more info.

For one thing, you mentioned something about changing to PHP. Most designers do just that...they design things. It's up to programers to handle things that have to do with making your site/designs more dynamic/interactive. So if you're looking for a designer/programer, I don't do that, and you'll have to state thats what you're in need of. Now, if you just want a designer, then mentioning the PHP part is irrelevant, and yes, I can then help you out. plus, if you get a person (Not a company) that says they're a designer and a programer, be aware that there usually isn't enough hours in the day for any one person to be good at both disaplines. They both take lifelong daily study to be on top of the game of designing or programing. For the same reason you very rarely see a cabinetmaker that has an electricians license. They're 2 different types of people that go in for both talents. Ones' right brained and the others totally left brained.
