I just got a message saying
"This forum does not allow messages to be changed 60 minutes after posting"
What's up!? I could have sworn I had done that before. Is this new?

I believe that when the forum moved across from i/us this was the case but it should be possible to change any post no matter how old now. I've just tried it on one of my posts in early June and it allowed an alteration no problem.
It could be a hicup, try it again.

I believe it varies with the forum. Thomas from Xara Ltd. as administrator of the forums is able to turn the 'feature' off and on. In forums where unlimited editability have been requested, it is my understanding that, he has allowed it to happen.
If you are sure it is now not possible in a forum where previously it was, it could as Egg notes - be a hicup. Or perhaps you are being singled out

My understanding was that, although the Xara Gallery allowed unlimited editing time to anyone, only moderators (like Egg) had the power to go beyond the hour in other forums.
But I can't remember where I got this from!
