World Design Contest Book 4? Anybody Have it

Back in 92 I entered the Corel World Design contest.

I won monthly prise and they sent me a copy of
the Coffee table book. Later i lost my files and never did get the accompanying CD. So I have no original CDRS form of my Illustrations. I would dearly love to get them back.
