    I like this image, really all of the images you have posted. You have put alot of work into creating water effects and it shows.

    Yes, I have always liked to "draw" water (or tried to at least) because I usually find it quite hard to get a good result, because water always "lives", moves around and changes. For example, with watercolours I have never managed to get a result I would be even remotely happy with. On the other hand, in Xara you can experiment and try out different techniques easily without destroying a whole image you may have put hours into.

    I like this water image better than the one you posted in the Xara Conference.

    However, the blades of grass are too hard and stiff.

    The colors are too solid and the edges are too hard. A small amount of feathering would help the hard edges and perhaps a very subtle fractal fill might give more life to the grass?
