I am just curious what you think about it, and if there is any tricks to make it more realistic looking... I used CorelDRAW 11 By the way.

Hi
I don't use Corel draw but your car looks great! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Hey there Okfoz, Welcome to T.G., Your car looks pretty dern good.

Not tricks but.... you could make the glass transparent and illustrate some interior, you can also work on the lights, make the lenses look like real plastic lenses. Grooves, they catch light and cast shadows. It just depends on the level of detail your after.
I'll post an old car I drew a long time ago, Its not that good but may give you some idea.
in one word, " WOW!! "
That looks pretty awesome... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/cool.gif
THe original purpose of the drawing was to put on T-shirts for another message board web site I am with... BUT I think I might have to incorperate the seats... and I like your lens' they do look better than mine..
BTW, what program did you use for your drawing???
Thanks
John
good stuff both... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif I am betting that Mike has used Xara for this drawing here http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
Hi John, gidgit guessed it, 1998 I used Corel Xara to draw the '40' Ford. I still use Corel Xara although Xara X (much improved) has been out for several years.
Here are a few more examples from some very talented automotive artist whom have shared their work with us here at T.G.

Hey Okfoz, Let me first say that is pretty damn good work there. But if you are looking for ways to improve it. I'd say mess with the headlights a bit more to add depth around the outline of it. Also as someone said the parking lights could use a touch more shadow and highlights to add realism. And finally the louvers on the hood look a bit off, lines need to be a little bit more defined. With those minor touches corrected you'll have yourself a awesome pic. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
