    Skirts for such a logo seems a tad contrived for my liking. I can see the point about gender neutral. I would think those working at a chemical factory could well be wearing coveralls, steeltoed boots & hardhats - quite gender neutral attire.

    Ross, thanks to you, just another take.

    Someone with a lot more know how with colors and how the eye would read this would be a good lesson for me. I wanted to symbolize the man as the pillar which appears to me to be the concept.

    An idea might be to make the man's torso a pillar.

    I apologize if you all are a petroleum company. The entire spelled name was detracting from your accomplishment in the area of safety.

    That is very intriguing. I like that the man is holding up safety and is part of PILLARS.
